I have done a great many update installs of Moz on
that platform (always uninstalling the prior version
first, as they tell you to), with good results, and
always using the installer version rather than the
Zip. I have occasionally seen other issues --
generally minor -- but this is the first time I've run
into this "extensions won't install" problem.
