All that means is they might not have a set of stock answers ready if you
have a problem. Of course, there's always this list.
As others have noted, the vast majority of ISP are bog standard in how you
connect to then. Injoy or DOIP will work just fine in these ISPs.
The only ISP I know that you might have a problem with is AOL and even
that might have changed.
