My 1.0 was purchased from PrismDataWorks (which I think used to be part of
Indelible
Blue). By the time I got 1.1, on the now defunct "Upgrade Protection Plan", it
came to
me from Mensys. I think Mensys now has some sort of presence in the U.S., but I
could
be wrong about that.
In regard to BMT, in the past I always called them and spoke directly to Jenny.
Never
failed to get good results from that, even on special requests or where the routine
order
processing kind of thing would not have been sufficient. She's very nice, and was
still there
the last time I ordered, approx. 6 months ago.
