We are in complete agreement here, Gary. This is pretty fundamental. And this
does not look very professional. I've had much better support in the past from
single developers with no staff or resources to speak of. They might not have
gotten back to me right away, but they took care of business.
I'll tell you something else. I *do* have access to upgrades etc. at that site,
thanks
to a successful registration (way back when) of eCS 1.0. Hearing these reports
gives me pause regarding doing any registration on 1.1. What are the chances of
this undoing the earlier reg. that is still working for me ? Probably slim, but
why
take the risk ?
