Subject: SCOUG-Help: Need help with BA2KWS

Content Type: text/plain

Hello,
I'm sorry I'm coming into this discussion a bit late, so please excuse me if I ask about
issues already covered. I have and use BA2 Server, so I'm interested.

Jack, do you make periodic backups of your system? If so, can you switch to a
maintenance partition, or to a bootAble CD, and then restore all of BA2 from that
position, using a prior generation backup? If you can do that, I would try it, starting with
the latest backup of BA2. If the restore from the latest backup still gives you a problem
(upon rebooting and opening BA2), then go back and restore again, using an earlier
backup.

That is, delete and then restore the entire BA2 directory, using a backup and a
maintenance partition or CD.
