For some reason I am able to access my Vanguard account under Seamonkey
when using my laptop (eCS 1.2R). I still cannot access the account under
Seamonkey on my desktop (OS/2 Warp 4), but Firefox works fine on this
desktop. (Now that I think of it, I will try Seamonkey under eCS on the
desktop).
