For some reason I am able to access my Vanguard account under Seamonkey 
when using my laptop (eCS 1.2R). I still cannot access the account under 
Seamonkey on my desktop (OS/2 Warp 4), but Firefox works fine on this 
desktop. (Now that I think of it, I will try Seamonkey under eCS on the 
desktop).
