This is getting weird.  I went to Object Styles and saw that the Delete  
option was set to "No".  I switched it to Yes and clicked OK.  
 
I still couldn't delete ppw.2 so I went back to Object Styles -- and the  
Delete option was set back to "No".  I tried several times to change  
Delete and some of the other options, and UniMaint responds as if  
everything is changed but nothing actually changes.  
 
I'm missing something.   I'll try a reboot later and see if that somehow  
clears this up.
