I will say this for you; you're statements are absolute, and hey, maybe   
even correct.  Just tell me, what is item 11 on that page.  When I run   
it it calls itself SM 1.5a.

Calibrated, no, meaningful and consistent, yes.  It takes time to move   
that meter.  By-the-way, this is the W4 meter on both W4 and eCS.
