Now that I've got it current, fixed, and functional  
again -- just updated PmView again, to the  
released-today v. 3.21 -- I've got to say that this  
works great when it's working right.  Much better than  
the way this is handled in WinBlows.  No need to  
uninstall first, and you maintain a nice database of  
the installed app. contents.  (There was / is a Norton  
program that handled this for Win, whose name I'm  
blanking on at the moment, but I don't think it worked  
as well, it was far more complicated, and you _still_  
had to uninstall app.s before you updated them.)
