     This all makes me wonder. 
     mkisofs.exe is located at  H:\APPS\CDRECORD 
and that is where I am running it from. 
     The source material is Drive M: . 
     After receiving this message, I changed the location 
of where I was trying to write the ISO file to as: 
               H:\ISOIMAGES\ 
     Is this a problem?
