It worked. Mozilla opened and went to scoug.com.

Browser and ftp client in advanced settings read:  runmozil.cmd s".  When 
I removed th s", Mozilla opened and took me to the url I had clicked on. 
Thanks a million. 
Am I correct in thinking that the s" is necessary only when the browser 
and ftp client in Advanced Settings read g:\mozilla\mozilla\mozilla.exe 
s*? 
Thanks again. 
Now I am going to the Alt-F3 thread on the ice board to try and make 
mozilla read the legitimatehtml messages I receive.
