I just found out that I can purchase a new copy of VMware Workstation 4 for $100 (educational discount).
According to their web site ( http://www.vmware.com/products/desktop/ws_features.html ) Windows and
Linux are the only host operating systems supported.
Also, Warp and eCS are not listed as supported guests. While that is not surprising, it does not mean
eCS will not run as a guest. It just means they won't help if there are any problems.
Does anyone have any comments about using VMWare with Linux (host OS) and eCS (guest)?
Sheridan
