Thanks, Harry. I do have altf2on.$$$ in the root of the boot drive. Have
had it for years. The hang occurs *after* all drivers have loaded and
the display has switched to graphics mode. It has the blue eCS
background and the mouse cursor is the clock (wait) symbol. Moving the
mouse moves the clock cursor, but nothing else is going on.
