This is a standard, suspicious layman's answer, but I'd first wonder about some proprietary  
MS incompatibility in something like LOOKOUT !  or Internet Exploder, if either of those  
was used to compose the message.  (I know that web pages are a different ballgame from  
email, but I've found some sites that will display in MS-IE but not in Mozilla -- I'm  
guessing because they require Active-X or VBS.)
