I've forgotten exactly how to disable eCenter, but in the properties on   
MY system, I have "Automatically add to screen border" checked, but it's   
(that is, eCenter) disabled (which is what I want, as I still prefer the   
WarpCenter, a.k.a. eComCenter, instead).
