Bob,
It's the blind leading the blind. First of all, you have both an "eCenter" and an
"eComCenter". Press "CNT-ESC" to see both apps. They are interrelated and I have
not figured out completely how. But if you use the "CNT-ESC" to kill both applications,
the eCenter pops back up again, if you move the cursor to the place where it normally
resides on the screen (at the bottom of the screen for me). Also, the eCenter is in the
Startup folder, so you should probably remove it from there, as a first step.

I'm afraid that I'm not going to be much help other than the above. I don't know how to:

1. Disable eComCenter from starting up
2. Change the behavior of eCenter at the bottom of my screen (not have it
pop up, when the cursor is at the bottom)

Perhaps someone else in SCOUG can help here!
