I've had it installed a few months, mostly storing jpg (digital camera)   
files with Win2K and reading them occasionally with Warp fp15. Sometimes I   
use a folder on FAT32 as a place to download files from the internet on both   
systems. Seems to work OK, haven't had any issues I connected to FAT32.
