A lot of vendors and services now have customer support on the
Internet. Use SuperSlurp, WGet or a similar utility to get your account
pages (you'll probably have to send an HTML "form" containing your
account password in order to get it), then use Rexx or any other
programming language to delete all the html codes and extraneous text
(it's pretty easy).
I then write the information to a Comma Separated Value (CSV) file and
then read it back into a spreadsheet; Mesa 2 probably has a way to
import the values directly.
