There is a *whole lot* of technical documentation, and I've just quickly skimmed a few of the key sections. It looks like having the level of this I was hoping for (not exposing IP or other critical identifying info) would also require the use of TOR, at least. So, that would be TWO fairly complex extra pieces to study and configure.

The other stuff they can do -- selective filtering out of incoming "X, Y, & Z" -- are much less important to me, because I'm pretty well satisfied with what existing FF extensions can do in that regard. The one exception that comes to mind are a few of the more aggressive pop-ups or pop-unders that FF (with or without the extensions) can't seem to block. You know -- the extra tabs or windows full of ads that you discover, sometimes only when you go to close the browser. The cure for that which is a lot more accessible to me is just to avoid sites that employ such obnoxious practices.
