Hi Steven, 
Yes, we did.  Jan was kind enough to give me detailed 
instructions, which I followed.  It was weird -- they 
didn't seem to work.  I even rebooted a couple times.  
But, the next morning, the non-accessible stick was 
suddenly accessible.  Difference between hot and cold 
boots ?  Anyway, it's the result that counts.
