I never use the Install Local Printer. It is busted especially in regard
to non-OMNI drivers. Just open up (double-click) on epomni5.drv and drag
the C80 printer object to the desktop. Then open the properties for the
printer object it creates and set the correct port and any changes to the
default printer settings.
