Yes, I renamed the file as I downloaded it, having read the same note.
I removed the extra period, so that the name was WVGUI101.WPI.
Of course, I went through the Local System, Drives, Drive F:, to
directory USER\ZIP, and double clicked on the file to start WarpIn. So
I don't know whether that would have worked without the rename.
