My Warp 4 has been very stable for several months now. In fact, I was
starting to take it for granted.
Then, I closed down my browser, and I discovered that the mouse buttons
had no effect. I could move the mouse cursor, but everything else seemed
dead.
I reboot, and the boot process proceeded normally until just after the
SciTech SNAP splash screen flashed. At that point I got a window labeled:
Workplace Shell. In the window was the following message:
The program pointed to by the Set Runworkplace= line in Config.sys, this
file could not be started.
WinStartApp returned %
I went into a maintenance partition and ran chkdsk on the boot drive, but
no errors were reported. I am now booting into my eCS partition, which
boots fine.
Before I start mucking around in config.sys, does anyone know what is
going on here?
