The most important difference is who sets the roadmap and which features
the Seamonkey team decides to implement.

Seamonkey and the other community developed apps still share the Mozilla
code base with Firefox and Thunderbird. Since there is so much common
code, all the apps will tend to share the same defects. What may differ
is when a particular defect gets fixed in a particular distribution.
