The first one is also on my new Tyan S2895 board. I believe the driver
you want has both 10DE and 0057 in the name. You can make the change via
Local System > System Setup > Network > Adapters and Protocols >
Configure MPTS etc.

Just make sure that your cable is plugged into that adapter which should
be on the mobo. The other one looks like it is a PCI card. Is that correct?
