Subject: SCOUG-Help: RSJ | demo

Content Type: text/plain

Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit

Jordan and Sandy,
Yes, I have gotten some response from the RSJ folks, concerning version 6.00. Their help is very slow, however, and so far none of their suggestions have have solved the problem.

They responded to my first E-Mail in about 3 weeks. After that to they respond to my return E-Mails every other day, or perhaps after a 3 day delay.

They have suggested several things, such as:

1. Try different media
2. Try a reduced speed, including all the way down to 2x
3. Try version 5.53
4. Try some line changes to my CONFIG.SYS, that will result in reverting the CD/DVD drive unit recognition back to the way RSJ use to do in previous versions

Hi Harry,

Have you gotten any results from the RSJ folks yet ?

I'm checking the SCOUG site every few days, hoping
that demo write-up may appear.
