In my experience memory test very seldom show intermittent problems.

Sometimes swapping chips in the same machine will point to one or the other but  
not always.  You need to swap chips from another machine or with a new chip.  
 
It could be another problem (CPU or motherboard support chips) but you will not  
know until you eliminate the easier things that can be checked.
