OK, I think I see how your's is different than mine.  
 
"Change" the path to include the executable.  Mine, for example, says "  
E:\GS\gs8.14\bin\gsos2.exe"  
 
BTW, my library path says "E:\GS\gs8.14\lib;C:\psfonts" slightly different  
than yours.
