If you go back and look at the VOICE List announcement
of V. 8, I think you won't find a mention of price or
upgrade key required, whereas they had mentioned at
least the need for the latter in the announcements for
previous major updates. Likewise, I did not see that
mentioned on the DFSEE list. I'm happy to do the
upgrade purchase, so it's good to see that link.

"V. 8" and "update", I'm sure. But either I never
came across those threads . . . or there was no
explicit mention of new license keys / cost.
