Yeah, I don't see that anywhere on my 1.2GA either, 
but then again it never was a 100 % complete install, 
lacking Peer and a number of program or utility icons. 
 (For example, the only way I can access the TCP/IP 
notebook there is to run TCPCFG2.Cmd.)  A nice 
by-product of when the eCS installer fails to run to 
completion.   
I'm hoping they added the eCSMT for 1.2R (*that* 
install did finally go the distance, on my last 
attempt), but that HD is not connected right now, so 
I'll check on this the next time it is.
