Re this announcement:
"SSI has completed negotiations with SciTech
Software. The objective was
to
provide eComStation users with video chip set support
in 2006. As a
result
of this agreement, OS/2 SNAP Enterprise product will
be included in the
next release of eComStation. Arrangements are now
being made to make
this
svailable to Software Subscription users."
This (Enterprise edition) is not the same thing as
their "Pro" level product (which you have to pay extra
for), is it ? What's the diff between SNAP "Lite"
(free with eCS), and the higher level version(s) ?
Jerry was telling me at the meeting that he considers
it well worth upgrading. BUT, if subscribers are
going to be getting a better version anyway . . . .
