I'm not sure what I did but I get the following error when starting up Polarbar:
The HotJavaBrowserBean.class was not found in your classpath. Please add the
HotJavaBean.jar file to your classpath and try again. In the mean time, the ICE
Browser window will be used as your message browser window.
Polarbar then seems to run normally after that (I've not yet seen problems
associated with this error. It's especially weird since I really haven't
mucked with my Java set up in a long time. This is my main production machine
with the java -fullversion yielding JAVA.EXE full version "JDK 1.1.8 IBM build
o118-20011106 (JIT enabled: javax V3.
5-IBMJDK1.1-20011106)" and my classpath statement from my CONFIG.SYS is
SET
CLASSPATH=C:\POLARBAR\POLARBAR.ZIP;C:\NETSCAPE\JAVA11\JEMPCL10.ZIP;C:\NETSCAPE\njclass.zip;C:\javaos2\lib\jempcl10.zip;.\.;C:\JAVA11\ICATJAVA\DAEMON\JAVAPROB.ZIP;C:\JAVA11\LIB\SecMa.jar;
I start Polarbar (before and after the appearance of the error) from a program
object that has the following entries:
Path and file name: C:\JAVA11\BIN\JRE.EXE
Parameters: -mx32m -cp C:\POLARBAR\polarbar.zip; org.polarbar.mailer
Working directory: C:\POLARBAR
Anyone got any ideas where I can look?
-Rocky
