Well, there are (at least) 400G drives on the market 
now.  I think you should be able to go as high as 
200G, if you so desire.  Keep in mind that the 
lamebrain Windoze standard is to have just one 
humongous C:, which contains everything, and nothing 
else !  That being said, I should note that the 
largest drive I have in service right now is a 160, 
the largest partition is at 80G (FAT-32), and this is 
used only under W2K, so far.  I have heard some 
compelling reports of stability problems with larger 
NTFS partitions, but I've not encountered any yet with 
larger FAT-32 ones.
