Top shows PMSHELL.EXE at PID 23 using Zero and at PID 30 using 98+%.
I killed it at PID 30. That killed the WarpCenter, PMSHELL restarted
at PID 40, and things seemed to be normal. I restarted WarpCenter and
PMSHELL went back to 98+%.
What is happening?
