I would call and ask about the following error message. To me it seem to be
saying two different things, one that 4.60.66.* is a spam source and the other
that marka is an invalid email address. Maybe they can clarify what the
message means.

Another thing you should probably do is ask the different ISPs that handle your
email if they filter your email. If they do you may want to ask them not to
filter as the current state of filtering is not perfect and some email can be
classified as spam when it is not. I have set the email options at my ISP to
not filter any of my email as they were dropping some email as spam when it was
not.
