Colin is correct. The entire spool file may be on "Hold". Click on the
printer icon in the upper left corner of the spool window -or-
right-click anywhere in the window, then look at Change Status.
The individual spool file may also be set to "Hold". Right click on the
spool file itself and then look at Change Status.
