I need some help again. I bought an inexpensive USB 2.0 7-in-1 memory
card reader (Foxconn CR-G2H) to read my camera's SmartCard. The device
came with cable with female 9 pin connectors on each end (double in line
5x2 with one pin blocked). In fact, it has two such cables and plugs on
it,one labeled Motherboard and the other Front Connectors. I plugged it
into one of my MB's front connector USB plugs. I don't know if it is
working. It does not seem to show up as a drive or in LVM. How can I
tell if it is connected right or if it is working?

Also, is there an adapter or cable that will allow me to connect this
thing to the internal standard USB plug on my PCI-USB card?
