http://www.zoneedit.com/
I use ZoneEdit for my domains including peterskye.com, but the
difference is that I have my own domain name whereas Denny & Dave
apparently do not. I have no trouble receiving SCOUG list mail even
though my ISP is Verizon (one of the two which Steven says refuses SCOUG
mail). Apparently Verizon doesn't check the header for the actual
origination, it just looks up the connecting IP address in a table --
and ZoneEdit isn't blacklisted.
ZoneEdit is extremely cheap. And for less than $10/month SCOUG could
use a host somewhere to relay its list mail (Tony mentioned one that was
something like $8/month).
My Verizon DSL is DHCP. Almost all ISPs accept my messages; Mark A. and
Aaron Lawrence in Australia (he uses consultant.com iirc) are the only
two I know of whose ISPs refuse my messages.
