I still do not know what program you are talking about and have no idea what it
does.
I read all of the post when they were originally made and just read them again
and have no idea what you are talking about. Connecting through multiple ISPs
I receive email from multiple accounts and send email through multiple ISPs
without any problem but I do not use Mozilla which may be the reason I do not
have any trouble doing it, which is probably why I do not understand your
problem.
