This is a real oversight on the developers part, if
they have not carried over the separate Profile Mgr.
utility from Mozilla. It seems to me that that is one
small piece of code they would not need to update much
-- if at all -- once it was on hand. Quite possibly,
they could just have done some minor tinkering with
the one from Moz. (I'm assuming it was a separate
.Exe, but maybe it wasn't . . . ?)
