From the VOICE List announcements of Testcase kernel
releases . . . or, at least that has been my reading
of them. The announcement language indicates that
they may only be up for a few days (so grab them now),
they are addressing some issue or other, and that
perhaps we should not mess with them absent some
clear need. Perhaps this type of description is
overly hedging and conservative, I don't know.
