This is an install glitch which hopefully if fixed permanently in v1.2. A
Google Groups search for:
ibmlan.ini /v:l group:comp.os.os2.*
will get you many explanations on how to adjust ibmlan.ini.

I noticed your query on the Polarbar list. I'll have to think about what
to do about this. It might be a permissions thing.
