No problem.  I didn't say it explicitly, but that was my intention.  If  
the spammers figure out how to subscribe to the lists, we will just switch  
to moderated subscriptions.

I suspect you are overly optimistic.  It is more suspicion that several of  
the BOD members completely ignore their user accounts.  For example, send  
a message to tony@scoug.com and see if you ever get a reply.  I use  
Polarbar's bayesian filter on the Mr. KIA list and that works well enough  
given that the spam volume exceeds the message volume by something over  
1000 to 1.
