I have no clue how to do this with RecordNow!, but the process is 
 - xcopy the iso to a directory tree 
 - add the directories you want 
 - create a new bootable ISO and burn it 
You might find it easier to just burn a separate utilities CD, rather than 
modifying the dfsee ISO.  You should be able to swap the CDs, as needed. 
For OS/2 native utilities, boot with the eCS install CD and do the same 
kind of swapping.
