If it's trivially easy to modify it, that would indeed 
be a useful presentation.  Perhaps it wouldn't even 
have to be the main presentation of the meeting. 
I like the idea of being able to spin-off the FreeDOS 
booting CD for other possible uses, as well.  (A 
shortcut, I mean -- not having to approach this from 
scratch.)
