This might have required WinZip (from Nico-Mak), or 
perhaps there was some other trick to it that I no 
longer recall.  Something about Zips inside of Zips 
and a complicated directory structure ?  (JVW now 
provides URLs to obtain these files, but back when I 
originally went looking for the archives, they were a 
real PITA to find.  Some of the earlier sites were no 
longer there, or had moved with no address 
redirection.)  In any case, I had these files ready to 
send to you, but I see that Tom has gotten there 
first.
