Quickly had a look - DFSEE can easily move NTFS partitions using CLONE or
MOVE. I believe that it can resize also.

I'm completely and thoroughly baffled by this statement. The changes in
DFSEE over the past year or two have been HUGE, and the MOST notable of
those changes have been ease of use. I won't suggest that it matches PM
in ease of use (though it may for some), but anyone who didn't see the
earlier part of the message would think that you really never looked at
it. The interface difference approaches the difference between OS/2 and
DOS.

PM is a great application, but please don't post FUD about an OS/2
application that is still undergoing active development.
