I think this is a bet you would lose. I am not the webmaster, although I
do some sever support.

That might be new enough, although the mail archives really should get
fixed. I have already explained to Peter what needs to be done.

If you want this fixed, either you need to convince Peter to move this up
on his priority list or you need to volunteer to take on the
responsibility of being webmaster or you need to convince Peter to
delegate the task to someone. Although there has been talk of delegating
some of the webmaster tasks, Peter has not done this yet. You'll need to
ask him why this is the case.
