Some progress. It probably time for you to send me the actual config.sys
you are using. The last one was from before you even installed
USBSER.SYS.

Use Theseus to see if the drivers are loaded.
I suspect you still have a typo in config.sys. There's very little that
will cause the driver not to load.
The OHCI driver is a bit less tolerant. You probably should add the /V
switch.
You may also need to install USBCOM.SYS. In typical IBM fashion the
driver names are not always an obvious indicator of what the driver really
does.
