I've been away on business for a couple of weeks, so I'm a little rusty on a couple of
issues. I remember that there was some discussion about SCOUG getting reduced rate
group purchases of eCS 1.2.

	1.	What's the status of this?

	2.	What's the price? Is there a different price for an upgrade to 1.2 version
and outright new purchase of 1.2?

	3.	When are we going to make the purchase?

Also, I would like to know if anyone has upgraded their eCS system from the original
eStylerLite to XWorkplace? And if you did, was it a simple installation on top of eStyler,
or did you have to do something more extensive, such as uninstall?

Thanks!
HCM
